An LIU marketing graduate, Joel J. Cooper, started his list career at a NYC-based direct marketing firm. Having worked in both list management and brokerage, he gained considerable experience with business publishing, notably controlled circulation.
From there, he moved on to another company, where he further enhanced his list brokerage craft. In addition, he worked considerably with their compiled list division, from which he developed a first-hand, unparalleled expertise.
Four years later, he founded List Strategies, Inc.

Sal Tisi, Executive Vice President/Partner
Sal Tisi joined LSI in 1990 as an Assistant Account Executive. Prior to working in direct mail, he spent four years in the fast-paced advertising business at Young & Rubicam New York.
As an undergraduate at NYU, he majored in international business and marketing. Recently, he completed his MBA at Fordham University in the same disciplines.
He was named Vice President in October 1996, and Executive Vice President/Partner in 2000.

Douglas von Hassel, Senior Account Executive
Prior to joining List Strategies in 1992, Douglas von Hassel worked at General Motors, New York.
There he handled customer inquirers and presented sales information at their automobile showroom.
Douglas graduated with a BBA in Marketing from Iona College, New York in 1991.
In October 1996, he was promoted to Senior Account Executive.

Wayne Roimisher, Senior Account Executive
Wayne Roimisher joined LSI in 1994 immediately after graduation from the State University of New York at Oneonta.
His clients use our services on their direct mail campaigns as well as email.
Wayne decided to major in Marketing as well as Business Economics. Having both degrees is a major asset to the company.

Bridgette Timmins, Account Executive
Bridgette Timmins manages the List Strategies South division, and is also an Account Executive with List Strategies. Bridgette's roster of clients include consumer, business-to-business and non-profit mailers.
She believes strongly in doing what is best for her clients and will fight to get them the best deal therefore enabling them to maximize profits.
As a graduate of the University of Maryland at College Park with a B.S. degree in Marketing from the Robert H. Smith School of Business, a career in the list business offers her exciting marketing challenges.

Cindy Francisco, Account Executive
Cindy Francisco recently joined LSI in 2011 after working at PCS Mailing List Company as a List Sales Executive since 2005. Her clients vary in industries such as publishing, biotechnology, education, circulation, science, medicine and law. Prior to starting her career in the list business, she spent over ten years in audience development as a Circulation Manager for PennWell Publishing and Luxury Media Corporation where she was responsible for list acquisitions and marketing campaigns. Her well-rounded background and experience allows her to easily understand the challenges faced by her mailers and how to accomplish their marketing goals.
